Halo Water Proofing has been the trusted call for Exterior Waterproofing across Leonidas because we answer the phone, show up when we say, and stand behind the work.
Background-checked Leonidas technicians · 24/7 dispatch
Halo Water Proofing is a MI-licensed Exterior Waterproofing company that treats every Leonidas job like it's the only one on the schedule.
Every Leonidas technician we send is background-checked and trained on the exact equipment we install — not a subcontractor picked up for the day.
We've worked on foundations from decades-old Leonidas homes to brand-new builds still settling into their soil, so whatever your basement is dealing with, we've likely seen a version of it nearby.
Talk to a real Leonidas technician today, not an automated queue. We'll explain what's going on and get you scheduled.
📞 +1-866-476-1348Most Leonidas calls didn't start with a flood — they started with one of these small signs weeks or months earlier.
Odor is often the very first clue Leonidas homeowners notice, well before any water is visible.
A crack that wasn't there last year is worth a look before it becomes an active leak point.
It's easy to mistake efflorescence for harmless dust, but it actually signals active moisture movement.
A Leonidas sump pump that never rests is usually undersized or nearing the end of its life.
This is one sign we tell Leonidas customers never to wait on — wall movement tends to progress, not resolve on its own.
Peeling paint near the floor upstairs is one of the last signs Leonidas homeowners connect to a basement problem.
Whatever's going on with your Leonidas property, chances are we've already fixed something similar nearby this month.
When water shows up fast, we move fast — extraction, drying equipment, and a plan to stop it from happening again.
Get Emergency Help →Not every crack means a structural problem, but every crack deserves a real look. We'll tell you which kind yours is.
Ask About Crack Repair →Already have a pump that's struggling? We'll test it honestly and tell you whether it needs replacing or just a tune-up.
Book a Pump Check →For yards fighting bad grading, an exterior French drain intercepts water before it ever touches the foundation wall.
Talk Drainage Options →Musty smell upstairs with no obvious source? Check the crawl space first — it's usually the culprit.
Get a Crawl Space Quote →Commercial water intrusion means bigger stakes — inventory, tenants, downtime. We scope commercial Leonidas jobs with written specs and a real timeline.
Request a Commercial Quote →Here's exactly what Leonidas customers can expect from first call to final walkthrough.
You'll talk to a person, not a script — enough of a conversation to know what to expect before anyone shows up.
A Leonidas technician walks the property, checks the foundation and drainage, and explains what's found in plain language.
Every Leonidas quote is written before work starts, not estimated verbally and adjusted later.
Our crew completes the repair, cleans up, and walks you through the warranty on what was installed.
Plenty of companies advertise Exterior Waterproofing in Leonidas — here's what actually separates the ones worth calling from the ones that aren't.
There's no verbal quote that grows once the crew shows up — the written estimate is final.
A local dispatch model means the technician who answers your questions is the same one who shows up.
If a covered repair fails, we come back and fix it. That's part of the contract, not just a promise.
If your Leonidas basement just needs a small crack seal instead of a full system, that's exactly what we'll tell you.
We photograph the damage and provide a written scope your insurance adjuster can actually use.
Every Leonidas job reflects on the next referral, so we treat each one like it matters.
"Called during a storm and had a tech at my door within two hours. Explained everything before touching anything — basement's been dry since."
"Got three quotes for a crack repair. This was the only company that actually explained why the crack was happening instead of just naming a price."
"Our sump pump died during the worst storm of the year, obviously. Battery backup was installed the next day and we haven't worried since."
"Handled waterproofing for our parking structure with minimal disruption to tenants and stuck to the schedule."
"French drain install took two days exactly as quoted, and the yard looked better than before."
"First contractor who actually explained where the water was coming from instead of just quoting a number."
"Crew was respectful of our landscaping during the drain install and left the yard looking better than before they started."
We back our Leonidas work with real, transferable warranties because we plan to be here long after the job is done, not just for the one visit.
